We found both the flavor and the texture of this bread to be very enjoyable.

It does not have an excessive amount of sweetness, making it a great bread for breakfast or snacking. 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a loaf pan measuring 8 inches by 4 inches with parchment paper.

Put all of the ingredients into a big bowl and mix them together until they are completely smooth.  

The top should be golden brown and a toothpick should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes in the oven. 

After allowing it to reach room temperature in the pan for five minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
